Acquisition Requirements:

At White Star Investments, shopping center acquisitions are a daily part of our business. We offer a quick and efficient due diligence and closing process.
We are currently seeking to acquire neighborhood and community shopping centers.

General guidelines are provided below. Please note these are not hard and fast rules, just guidelines.

AREAS OF INTEREST

The Mid Atlantic Region, with a focus on the Baltimore/Washington Metropolitan Area.

SIZE

Vacant or leased free standing retail buildings and community/neighborhood shopping centers from 15,000 to 150,000 square feet (existing or new development). We will also consider Medical Office Buildings that range in size from 10,000 square feet to 100,000 square feet.

PRICE RANGE

$2,500,000 to $20,000,000.

FINANCING

If need be, we have the ability to close with cash.

HOW TO SUBMIT SITES

Please contact Craig Bernstein (Chief Investment Officer at 240-223-4825) with the size of the building, income, approximate idea of selling price and we can tell you immediately if the property is of interest.  Submittal of a complete information package and full detail can follow.

COMMISSION

We are principal buyers – you should strive to obtain your commission from the Seller.  However, we would not be opposed to paying you a fee or contributing to same in order to be considered the most qualified, fair and motivated buyer.
