Vacant or leased free standing retail buildings and community/neighborhood shopping centers from 15,000 to 150,000 square feet (existing or new development). We will also consider Medical Office Buildings that range in size from 10,000 square feet to 100,000 square feet.

$2,500,000 to $20,000,000

If need be, we have the ability to close with cash.
